My Jewel of the Month posts highlight my newest jewelry designs — or, occasionally, existing designs that suit the season/holiday. Here are 2013’s hot jewels from both my luxe signature line and my social-media-inspired WENDYB by Wendy Brandes diffusion line. Click the photos to read the original posts.
I introduced my “Maneaters” ring collection in January with my highly detailed Frog and Prince ring.
Some people love Valentine’s Day. Some people hate it. I offered jewelry for both sides in February.
Gearing up for Easter meant bunny earrings in March.
My first emoji and emoji-inspired single stud earrings became available in April. My personal favorite and best-seller is the middle finger stud, based on Eminem’s famous bird-flipping style. I want the emoji people to add this to our phone options!
I added to the emoji and emoji-inspired group in May. Trekkies love my Vulcan “Live Long and Prosper” salute.
Another Maneater ring surfaced in June: Jonah and the Whale.
In the wake of the whale came the third Maneater ring — the Lion and the Hunter — in July.
I introduced my TWERK necklace on August 1. Less than four weeks later, Miley Cyrus’s VMA performance had the whole country obsessed with twerking.
If You Don’t Even Know what inspired September’s UOENO necklace, you need to read my blog post.
Halloween means October is a good month for skull earrings.
Eminem’s chart-topping Marshall Mathers LP 2 came out on November 5, and I celebrated with a second Slim Shady-inspired stud earring. It’s also good for you metal heads!
I ended the year in spectacular style with this turquoise and ruby skull ring.
I’ll unveil January 2014’s Jewel of the Month in a few days. Jewelry-wise, the year will be off to a great start, for sure!
