I LOL’d this morning when I noticed that my designing friend Stacy Lomman Instagrammed a photo of me in which I’m wearing her faux ostrich jacket while hanging out with a friend in South Africa last year. I thought her captions were really helpful.
This jacket always gets so much attention, and, sometimes, uninvited stroking. It’s also more versatile than you might think. It’s the only jacket I brought along on my South African trip. I wore it on the plane, on the ostrich farm, out to dinner — pretty much everywhere except on safari. I have a long, sleeveless, faux-ostrich vest too; you can see that here.
You’re my muse. The one on the right… with the red lippy… just to clarify.
Now the one on the left is jealous.
I have a marabou feather jacket that is also surprisingly versatile. Feather jacket wearers unite!
We can flock together 🙂
