My obsessive photojournalist-like behavior at concerts has paid off! Recently, Eminem’s Facebook invited people to send in concert photos for use on Em’s official Tumblr. I sent in the ones from the G-Shock concert I went to last August and one popped up on Tumblr today.

You’ll notice that Eminem’s team gave me credit for the photo, unlike the dude who reposted a picture of FitzRoy the cat on his own Instagram and didn’t tag me. Rude! I’m going to have to start putting watermarks on all Fitz’s photos. Hide your kittehs! He’s snatchin’ your cat photos up!
UPDATED TO ADD: The snatched photo has been taken down. I (or rather FitzRoy) commented, “Tag me or delete the picture!” and the guy deleted the photo rather than taking the chance that one or two of his 66,000 followers might follow Fitz too. SMH.

How did u find out the dude used your photo? That’s one of my worst nightmares

Luckily some nice fans of FitzRoy tagged him in the comments or I would never have known! So irked. It’s not like I want money for the photo, just the common courtesy of a tag back. It’s not like it’s some random city skyline. It’s a CAT THAT LIVES IN MY HOUSE IN BOWL! FFS!

Congrats on the Eminem photo cred, dear Wendy…that’s pretty cool!!
As far as the jerk who posted your Fitzroy pic goes: just shows you that certain individuals will steal anything that isn’t nailed down!! One of my co-workers had the same problem recently with a honeymoon photograph she posted on Instagram; there’s her new husband, plain as day, on the beach in Mexico…but the dude refuses to acknowledge that the picture is hers (despite a whole heck of a lot of outraged comments from followers!!) What’s wrong with some people?!

OH MY GOD — who steals a honeymoon picture? People are shit cray.
