I wrote about Antoni & Alison’s cool intarsia sweaters in June 2008 but I never got one. I couldn’t make a decision because they were all so cute. Spotting another intarsia piece online recently reminded me about Antoni & Alison, so I checked the website and nearly passed out. You know how I feel about trompe l’oeil! Boy are these ever distant cousins to the first Sonia Rykiels…well not so distant in fact. Maybe exact copies with the big bows etc.
These go way back for her…loved them then and still love them
