I spotted this vintage Michel Goma dress at CMadeleine‘s. Doesn’t the print remind you of this Ossie Clark?

Head-to-Toe Ossie
I posted a picture of this Ossie Clark dress before, but it didn’t show the whole dress. Thank you to ENC for lightening up the original pitch-black picture to make the dress visible. I wore this to a Zang Toi event and the Reem Acra fashion show last week.
This One Is for the Vintage Lovahs
Where my vintage bitches at? Sharon Rose, Emmapeelpants and Cherie: this photo of an Ossie Clark dress is dedicated to you. I’m carrying my lace Prada bag I got this dress while I was out with the lovely Leah in March, and finally wore it out to dinner recently. If you like the idea of…
eBay Items of Interest
Check out this stunning, star-trimmed trench by Viktor & Rolf. Too bad one of the stars is showing some serious fraying and the starting bid is still 410 pounds ($725.17)! I wouldn’t mind the fraying if the coat had “bargain” potential. I’ll have to keep an eye on this just to see if anyone bids….
eBay Pick of the Day
I’m loving this dress by Mr. Dino. For more information about Mr. Dino, click here. If you’re going to bid, don’t forget to snipe!
Vintage Thierry Mugler
The kink-a-licious Asudem Latex of Doll’s Realm tipped me off to this vintage Thierry Mugler PVC catsuit on eBay. Check out the collar and cuffs! If you bid, don’t forget to snipe Thinking of Thierry Mugler made me scramble for my (autographed!) copy of photographer Arthur Elgort’s Models Manual. There’s a photo of models Karen…
Meet Cherie of Shrimpton Couture
I discovered the vintage delights of Shrimpton Couture through owner Cherie’s blog. I have been perusing her site for months without buying anything. Hard to believe, I know, but I love every piece so much that I can’t decide on just one! No wonder Shrimpton Couture was named one of the top 10 vintage clothing…
Speaking of Ossie …
Speaking of Ossie Clark, my favorite Ossie dress style is on sale on eBay. Check out the auction here. If you bid, don’t forget to snipe!
London, Day 2: The Wizard of Ossie
Today was all about Ossie Clark. Ossie obsessives like gorgeous blogger Sharon Rose know that the late designer, who was never good with money, sold his financially troubled line to clothing manufacturer Al Radley in the ’70s. (A large percentage of the vintage Ossies floating around nowadays are from the Ossie Clark for Radley line.)…
White, Green and Purple All Over
I’m loving green and purple together, so two vintage Emma Domb dresses have caught my eye. $600 at C Madeleine’s 245 pounds at Vintage-a-Peel Emma Domb was a dressmaking company that was around through the ’70s. There are usually lots of good Emma Dombs on eBay, but that Vintage-a-Peel dress is the most interesting example…
