Now with 100% more idiocy! I belatedly read an item in Fashion Week Daily; it was overheard at a screening of The Other Boleyn Girl:
In the popcorn line, [starlet’s name redacted] chatted up [second starlet], who recently finished filming After School, a documentary directed by Chris Barrett about teacher-student sex scandals (she plays a character named Cherry). “Did you know Natalie’s necklace in the film is the same one Ugly Betty wears?” Starlet #1 quizzed. “No way,” Starlet #2 replied in shock. “It can’t be; it’s such a crucial part of the film!”

The most memorable time I’ve ever had in a movie where I nearly got up and slapped the dope in the back of the head was when I went to see Dances With Wolves.
If you remember, there was the lonely wolf that befriends Kevin Costner. Well, when Costner and the tribe come over the hill and see the thousands and thousands of buffalos dead just for their pelts (obviously by the wasteful white hunters) some moron in the row in front of me said “Ohhh… Did the wolf do it?”

Mikkle, I haven’t seen it and don’t think I will. I skip seeing a lot of movie anyway. The reviews have to be great to get me to go, and the reviews of this one haven’t been that great. I know so much about the topic that the movie would really have to be something new and special for me to see it. I did read the book a few years ago and enjoyed it.
