I just came across this “Think Pink” page in the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Makes me crave the sight of Washington, D.C.,’s cherry blossoms, which are due to bloom at the end of this month.
If you’re interested in pink jewelry options in addition to those on Bazaar’s page, take a look at a few of my designs. (All of jewelry pieces in this post are one-of-a-kind, so you won’t see yourself coming and going, as a colleague of mine used to say.)
To maximize the pink effect, I like to set rose quartz in rose gold. My 18K rose gold, diamond and rose quartz Venus ring is available exclusively and Max & Chloe.
The matching earrings and necklace are available on my site. Here are the earrings …
… and here is the necklace.
My “She Sells Seashells” ring is a stunner.
Pink gems also work well with other gold colors. My pink-opal Helen earrings boast 1.26 carats of diamonds set in 18K white gold, for a red-carpet-worthy look.
I’ve only done one version of my popular 18K-yellow-gold Clemence ring with kunzite. Kunzite is a delicate pink gem known as the “evening stone.”
I modeled it next to my Siobhan perma-stacked ring.
I also have a Papessa locket in 18K white gold and pink sapphire that’s on sale this week only.
The design was inspired by the legend of the medieval Pope Joan, who supposedly dressed as a man and became the spiritual leader of the Catholic church. The locket twists open … perfect for carrying a tiny prayer scroll, love note or good-luck token.
Finally, I have a Candytuft ring in sterling silver with pink tourmaline, shown here next to the same design with citrine.
If you have any questions about any of these pieces, holla at me at wbjewelry at hotmail dot com.

I do love how the pale pink looks. Your pieces are soooo purty — and so unique. If only Harpers had known. The ring featured on that page looks like a pink plastic blob (pretty color though!) That seashell ring… OMG. Exquisite.

That quartz was carved by my favorite gem carvers. They’re so talented.

This jewelry looks familiar :). Pink used to thrill me but these days I’m channeling shades of purple.

Loved the pale pink stuff, especially the shoes (prism heel, isn’t it?) and the Papessa locket!

The Clemence ring is a unique design that hasn’t come across our paths yet-very interesting. However, the pink opal Helen earrings with diamonds stole our heart! We love the simplicity of the diamond drops, with soft pink opals at the end for an elegant look.
