MrB and I went to a screening of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle tonight and we laughed our heads off. Go see it, because who among us doesn’t desperately need a funny movie these days? Not only that, but my stepdaughter Laura Yanovich was the first assistant editor, so the editing is extra-extra-good. Also, Jack Black! All the actors were highlarious, but he killed it, plus I want to be best friends with his character.
I dressed casually for the evening, but I still felt very pleased with myself, like, “Yeah, I’m into this outfit.”

When I scrolled through the blog to find the right date for the sweater acquisition, I realized that I probably felt so comfortable because I’d worn this look, head-to-toe, before.

Well, to be nitpicky, I’ll acknowledge that the 2016 version of the ensemble incorporated a different pair of Madewell jeans, but I still think the look is close enough to tonight’s to warrant a call to Inside Edition. Someone tell those folks that “One Woman” has struck again!
