Earlier this year, I wrote about Jennifer Hudson’s much-criticized 2007 Oscar outfit, which featured a cropped metallic bolero. I loved it, of course.
It was unexpected and fabulous.

Jennifer felt bad when people talked trash about her outfit at the time, but what else from that event is memorable eight years later? I had to look up what the “best dressed” actresses wore that year and I was like, “Oh … yeah.” Some beautiful things, to be sure, but nothing that I had a vivid mental image of after all this time.
