I’m inordinately proud of this picture of Eminem in mid-air at G-Shock’s “Shock the World” concert on Wednesday. It’s not like my mad camera skillz made it possible; it was pure luck. But it’s still a nice shot, right?
I feel like a sports photographer!

- There’s a selection of my other top Eminem photos here. I might still add a few. Feel free to share them, though it’s always extra-nice if I get a link back.
- My Yelawolf photos from the G-Shock concert were pretty disappointing; the four that I think are best are here. I took a better picture of him at a concert at Brooklyn Bowl last November.
- Yesterday’s blog post about the show is here; I added a few links at the bottom after I originally published it.

Awesome photo. I would frame this one.

Ooh, that makes me like, “Next stop, Sports Illustrated and ESPN!”

That photograph is fantastic– you do need to frame it!
I read an interview with Eminem just now. He said that he used to take up to 30 Vicodin a day. 30. It’s incredible he’s alive, let alone bouncing around a stage looking like he’s walking on the moon. I took a recreational vicodin once and thought I would die. It had a terrible effect on my body. I wonder was he bullshitting with that number? Seriously, 30? Is that possible?

I’ve read about people taking TWICE that number.
I got Vicodin for a root canal once. Not only did I not get buzzed, I was still in pain! I’m told that drugs like that have different effects on different body chemistries. At the time, I kind of thought, “No wonder people take 100 of these, it doesn’t do shit!”
