I’m in San Francisco! I want to thank gorgeous bloggers Annie (Poetic & Chic), Jeanne (Periodic Elements of Style) and Patti (CuteMess Industries) for meeting up with me last night. We had a lovely dinner at Fringale, where those who can never get enough pig can indulge in bacon-wrapped pork.

Four out of four bloggers approved these photos.
After dinner, I found a Wall Street Journal ad in a BART station and had to pose with it. MrB and I both used to work there.
I’m wearing the Zang Toi outfit I’ve wanted since February 2008! Mine at last. It’s a plaid strapless dress with a striped turtleneck worn underneath.
OMG you’re kinda in my hood! P.S.- was so excited when I saw you in Marie Claire, I was screaming!!!
ZangToi- S.F & you make perfect combo…Go crazy on Lombard st will ya'
That outfit was definitely worth waiting for – really suits you to a t.
I get so envious when I see bloggers meeting up, I haven’t had a meet up with any other blogging people for ages. I might have to track some down!
San Francisco is one of my favorite cities in the world! Have a great trip Wendy!!
you look fabulous! nice shoes too
I LOVE you in that outfit.
LOVE the Zang Toi outfit!
your dress is fantastic and I love the bangs
I love what you are wearing. I should really wear red more. And I love Patti’s top or dress. It is stunning.
You look amazing. As usual! Is that dress really a strapless dress, by the way? And you wore it with a long-sleeved top? Sorry! It looks so very now – mixed prints, plaid…
Frances, yep, it’s a dress with a turtleneck worn under — I don’t claim credit for the idea. It’s 100% Zang Toi. I love the look!

Thank you so much for dinner! Conversation was great and the food was delish making the perfect combination. You ladies were stellar! I had so much fun. Period. Pie in the Sky!
Enjoy your trip!

Fab.U.Lous!!!
i LOVE the stripe/plaid combo + the color pallet! you look beautiful.
I would never think to wear a turtle neck under a strapless. You’re a freaking fashion genius!
Have fun!
You look simply stunning in your beauty!
Lovely blog!!
Wow, you’re all so gorgeous! You have a killer smile, Wendy x
I don’t think there is a foodstuff out there that can’t benefit from being wrapped in bacon.
awww you’re all so cute!
you look so fabulous! absolutely adore your dress π
What a fantastic look! Did you forget to stop in Ohio?
I’m not kidding when I say that your smile is a bit of sunshine everytime I see it.
That may sound corny but I mean it.
You look great as always, Wendy! I would’ve liked to see Ferdinand von Bakonstein pose next to the bacon-wrapped pork. π
So good to know these images are blogger approved. I have decided to only look at blogger approved images from hence forth!
oh wat you’re in sf?
β₯welcome!
Hi there-Glad to see you’re having a fabulous time and it goes without saying you look gorgeous in this Zang Toi outfit!!
Wow, look at those 1,000-watt smiles! It looks like you all had tons-o-fun.
I love that outfit, especially when it’s juxtaposed next to the WSJ ad.
Looking gorgeous as usual WendyB!
The plaid and stripes really work!! You look awesome!
Oooh, love that dress! π It looks very chic and professional, though that may be the influence of the Wall Street Journal ad next to it. I find that newspaper related media is the best accessory to professionalize any outfit.
Sassy pairing of red pattern on red pattern! π Looks like you had a fabulous time.
We need to talk about how you get your hair so shiny? Have you written about this yet??
Sister Wolf, I’ve never done a post on it, but I will this week in your honor.
Hooray! Thank you so much for hosting us — what a great evening! (And of course I had to order the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin. Totally worth it, and now I have another restaurant on my list.) I’m so glad you had a lovely time in SF, and that I got to be a part of it!
Hot! Gorgeous! I lusted MUCHO for that striped/pattern mixed Zang on the runway, and now you’re proving me right.
i LOVE your haircut! i need to get mine cut way shorter than what i have right now…yours looks perfect to me
You are soooo freakin adorable! How fun to meet up with a few lovely bloggers while in SF! Let me know if Seattle is ever a destination. π
That crew looks like trouble. All kinds of the best trouble.
Very cute!!! Hmm… looks like LV black epi alma on ground?
Good eye, RCT!
Hope you had tons of fun. I love the combo of the plaid and stripes! It totally works!
