Go Batty for Halloween

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, and I have a new necklace design just in time. Check out my bat, who is keeping a watchful eye on you from his agate bat cave.

The necklace is $875. Since no two pieces of agate look exactly alike, each necklace is one-of-a-kind (so they’re not all going to look exactly like the photo). If you’re interested, drop me a line at wbjewelry at hotmail dot com.

I also have the bat by itself — as a necklace without the agate — in sterling silver for $315, or in 18K gold for $815.

  4. My mother’s nick name is “the old bat”. She calls herself this and it has caught on. If I thought she would wear a bat necklace I would so get this for her. But, she is more of a pearls kind of gal. When you are an 80-something year old bat I suppose you can wear what you want.;-)

  7. No, Sal, I didn’t, though I did mean for him to come out very realistically batty. As you’ll see if you enlarge the picture, his face is instead very batperson-ish. That was a mistake but when I saw it, I thought it was so funny that I had to keep it. So maybe he’s modeled after the Dark Knight breed of bat after all.
