I loved all the caption suggestions for the backstage photo from my post on the Francis Spring 2010 look book shoot.

I admit I was a bit surprised we got no “The Pet Goat” suggestions, because that’s what Jennine, Christian and I thought of when we first saw the photo.

C’mon, people! It’s okay to Go There. Anyway, keep leaving your suggestions. I get a big kick out of them. Right now I have to give special mention to two entries.
- Style Spy came up with a hilariously Far Side-sounding: “Christian tries very, very hard not to listen to the devil on his shoulder. But she is persistent, and later her horrifying suggestion involving the photographer and the balloons will indeed come to pass.”
- Miss Cavendish made me laugh Diet Snapple out my nose with: “WendyB stagewhispers to CFR: ‘More cowbell!’”
I intended to award the captions that pleased me most with … absolutely nothing. But Miss Cavendish has inspired me, so I would like to buy MissC and Miss Spy “(Don’t Fear) the Reaper” (or another song) by Blue Oyster Cult via iTunes. i’m a bit surprised about the lack of pet goats too… but then again, all i got was calling it the george bush photo.
