I’m in San Francisco! I want to thank gorgeous bloggers Annie (Poetic & Chic), Jeanne (Periodic Elements of Style) and Patti (CuteMess Industries) for meeting up with me last night. We had a lovely dinner at Fringale, where those who can never get enough pig can indulge in bacon-wrapped pork.

From left: Annie, Patti, WendyB and Jeanne

Four out of four bloggers approved these photos.

After dinner, I found a Wall Street Journal ad in a BART station and had to pose with it. MrB and I both used to work there.

I’m wearing the Zang Toi outfit I’ve wanted since February 2008! Mine at last. It’s a plaid strapless dress with a striped turtleneck worn underneath.

  10. Frances says:

You look amazing. As usual! Is that dress really a strapless dress, by the way? And you wore it with a long-sleeved top? Sorry! It looks so very now – mixed prints, plaid…

  11. WendyB says:

Frances, yep, it’s a dress with a turtleneck worn under — I don’t claim credit for the idea. It’s 100% Zang Toi. I love the look!

Oooh, love that dress! :) It looks very chic and professional, though that may be the influence of the Wall Street Journal ad next to it. I find that newspaper related media is the best accessory to professionalize any outfit.
