I was practically married to my Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore Speedy handbag back in 2003. I carried it every day. It’s been sitting on a closet shelf for a couple of years, but a few weeks ago I decided it deserved to come out. (Thanks to MrB for fixing the zipper.) Here’s the bag with Gigi the dog, who came out from under the bed long enough to pose with the purse and her stuffed hot dog.

The lavender bows in Gigi’s hair are just perfect! And that bag is pretty snazzy, too.

i use my speedy often a while ago too. but it has been a closet orphan for a while unless i travel.
