On Sunday, I had the great pleasure of dining with gorgeous blogger Deja Pseu and her handsome husband Mr. Pseu. As you may recall, DP is the super-generous winner of the NieNie fundraising auction, and I was thrilled to be able to present her with her blue topaz earrings and specially engraved Diana necklace in person. The gallons of sake I consumed at dinner and the resulting mental confusion prevented me from taking a picture of DP wearing her necklace, but we did manage to get a shot of us together.
I’m wearing an Ossie Clark jacket and apparently kneeing poor DP in the groin. I must thank DP for going on the record to say that the waitress from Mars carded me. Now I am going on the record to state that dinner will be on me and MrB when we take the Pseus out on our next trip to L.A. Maybe ENC and MrOM will join us for that one.
Here’s the picture of the necklace I took for my website. We engraved the Diana necklace with DP’s name in her own handwriting, so she has a totally unique and personalized piece.

How adorable that you were carded! I remember sneaking into clubs when I was 16 (the age in Canada was 18) and taking great pleasure in never being carded . . . but now it would be a sweet compliment!
