$1500 at Vintage CoutureSeparately, I am celebrating yet another anniversary, having started this blog a year ago today. I’ve done about 700 posts since then. I know, I need to get a life. Amusingly, in that first post, I said I didn’t expect to post much. Also, I seemed to think I was going to get my website done soon. How long did that take? Eight months? I don’t even want to check because I’ll get angry. Anyway! Thank you to In Yr Fshn for being my first commenter on July 26, 2007.

PB, I was laughing over the idea of Yellow Bird as a model and then I thought, hey wait, I should really take a picture of one of my pieces with him. I have to think of an upcoming piece that would be his style, and then I will have to hire him!
I love bows! They remind me of being a little girl. Not just because all of my clothing and purses were completed littered with hearts and bows…but also because I used to admire all of the women on 80′s movies who were wearing fancy cocktail dresses that always featured big bows…
