Delicious

October 15, 2007 by WendyB

This Miu Miu shoe is delicious…

…and it reminds me of this Bottega Veneta bag, which is also delicious.

Pink and red make me think of something else that’s delicious. Excuse me while I go get a snack!

While I’m eating, you can read this. Also, here’s a guy who has a sensible response to the asshat critics of my husband’s new project. Oh, by the way, when the asshats send their resumes, should I share the sad documents with you, my lovely peeps, and then throw them out? Or should I immediately throw them out?

Great photos of great design and color, combined.

Thanks for looking at my ABC Wednesday M post. About your reaction to that third photo, that’s exactly how I felt when Working Kirk reached into his bag to get a smallish-sized-ball-thing, sat up straight, and pulled his hands apart, expanding the ball into what you see there. Pure joy!

PS: In Russia pigs say “hroo”,
cows say “moo” (as almost everywhere),
    frogs say “kvah”,
    horses say “ee-goh-goh”,
    dogs say “gav”,
and cats say “meow” (they speak English obviously”.

    1. the miu miu shoes are wonderful
    2. your husbands project seems fresh!
    3. You used the word asshat.
    4. Because I’m leaving this message at 3 am for me, I dont want to leave a comment for the previous post about the vintage clothes. While many people have flair for vintage, you have a great eye for designer vintage. It’s inspiring. It excites me now to find these one of kinds while thrifting (hopefully)

All in all a great post – adore the shoes and want them now, congrats on the guest editor position, so excited to know how Russian animals sound (Olga, that is awesome and I will be sharing with my godson today!), and… well just liked it all and just rambled.

Oh, thanks for stopping by! I am bookmarking you! 🙂

    Those shoes are quite delicious.

And if you wanted to be really cruel, you could always invite this asshats in for an interview, and then question them why they would publicly speak down upon the project and then apply for a job.

Not that I endorse those kinds of things…

    Lovely shoes!
Post asshat resumes, of course! It reminds me of the good old days when my dad was hiring and he would hand me a sheaf of resumes to go through. Pick qualified applicants and such. I was 15.

I still love reading (and reading into) resumes.

@Fashion Evolution, yes, I’ve seen photos of her line. There’s some cute stuff. I’m not really sure why she’s doing it. Brand-building? I didn’t really see the point, but whatever…there’s plenty of room for all.
